Accessing Business Management

Click Manage Businesses in the left sidebar

You'll see a list of all businesses in your organization
Page Overview
This page allows you to manage all businesses under your organization. Whether you're an agency managing client businesses or a company with multiple locations, this is where you control your business portfolio.
Viewing Your Businesses
The business list typically shows:

Business name
-
Contact information (phone, email)

Status (active, inactive)

Creation date
-
Quick actions (view, edit, settings)
Adding a New Business
To add a new business to your organization:

Click the Add Business or Create Business button

Fill out the business information form
-
Save the new business
-
You'll be taken to configure the new business
Required Information
When creating a business, you'll typically need:

Business Name - The name of the business

Phone Number - Business phone number (for receiving calls/texts)

Email - Contact email address

Address - Physical business address (if applicable)

Managing Existing Businesses
For each business in your list, you can:
View Business

Click on the business name to view its dashboard

Business Status
Businesses can have different statuses:
Active:

Business is fully operational
-
Receiving calls and messages
-
All features enabled
Inactive:

Business temporarily paused
-
Not receiving new leads
-
Can be reactivated later
Archived:

Business no longer in use
-
Historical data preserved
-
Can be restored if needed
Switching Between Businesses
To work on a different business:

Click on the business name in the list

OR use the business selector in the navigation

You'll be taken to that business's dashboard
Permissions and Access
Depending on your role:
Organization Owner/Admin:

Can add/remove any business
-
Full access to all business settings
-
Can archive or delete businesses
Business Manager:
-
Can view all businesses
-
May have limited editing permissions
-
Can access assigned businesses
Business Editor:

Can only access specific assigned businesses
-
Cannot add/remove businesses

Can edit settings for assigned businesses

For Agencies Managing Clients:

For Multi-Location Companies:

Bulk Operations
If available, you may be able to:

Select multiple businesses

Removing a Business
To remove or archive a business:

Go to the specific business's settings
-
Look for "Archive Business" or "Remove Business"

Confirm the action
-
Business will be archived (data preserved but inactive)
⚠️ Warning: Be careful when removing businesses. Archived businesses stop receiving calls and messages immediately.
