Accessing the App Marketplace

  1. Click App Marketplace in the left sidebar

  2. You'll see available apps and integrations

What is the App Marketplace?

The App Marketplace is where you can:

  • Browse available integrations

  • Install third-party apps

  • Manage your installed apps

  • View app reviews and ratings

  • (For developers) Manage your own published apps

Browse Apps

View all available applications:

Featured Apps:

  • Highlighted integrations

  • Most popular apps

  • Recommended for your business type

All Apps:

  • Complete list of available integrations

  • Filter by category

  • Search for specific apps

  • Sort by popularity or rating

Categories

Apps are typically organized by type:

  • CRM & Sales - Customer relationship management

  • Communication - Messaging and calling tools

  • Analytics - Reporting and insights

  • Marketing - Marketing automation tools

  • Productivity - Workflow and efficiency tools

  • Industry-Specific - Specialized for your industry

Installing an App

To install an app:

  1. Browse or search for the app you want

  2. Click on the app to see details

  3. Review information:

    • What the app does

    • Permissions it needs

    • Pricing (free or paid)

    • User reviews and ratings

  4. Click Install or Connect

  5. Authorize the connection (if required)

  6. Configure app settings

  7. Start using the app

App Permissions

Before installing, apps will request access to:

  • Read customer data

  • Send messages

  • Access call logs

  • View business information

  • Create appointments

  • etc.

Review carefully: Only grant permissions the app needs to function.

Managing Your Apps

Your Installed Apps

View all apps you've installed:

  1. Go to Your Apps or Installed Apps section

  2. See list of active integrations

  3. Click on any app to:

    • View usage

    • Modify settings

    • Update the app

    • Disconnect the app

Configuring Apps

Each app has its own configuration:

  • Settings - Customize how the app works

  • Permissions - What data it can access

  • Notifications - How you're alerted

  • Usage - How much you're using it

Disconnecting an App

To remove an app:

  1. Go to your installed apps

  2. Click on the app you want to remove

  3. Click Disconnect or Uninstall

  4. Confirm the action

  5. App immediately loses access to your data

For Developers: Your Apps

If you're building apps for the marketplace:

Creating a New App

  1. Go to Your Apps section

  2. Click Create New App or New App

  3. Fill out app details:

    • App name

    • Description

    • Logo/icon

    • Category

  4. Set up OAuth credentials

  5. Configure webhooks (if needed)

  6. Test your app

  7. Submit for review

App Configuration

For apps you're developing:

Client Credentials:

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

  • Redirect URIs for OAuth

Scopes/Permissions:

  • What data your app needs

  • Read vs. write access

  • Specific resources

Webhooks:

  • URLs to receive events

  • Which events to subscribe to

  • Webhook secret for validation

App Reviews

Submit your app for review:

  1. Complete app development

  2. Test thoroughly

  3. Click Submit for Review

  5. Receive approval or feedback

  6. Make necessary changes

  7. App goes live in marketplace

For apps you've published:
