Accessing General Information

  1. Select your business from the business selector

  2. Click General Information in the sidebar

  3. You'll see the configuration page for your business details

This page contains all the core information about your business that's used throughout the platform and shared with customers.

Business Profile

Basic Business Information

Business Name:

  • Your business's official name

  • Used in all customer communications

  • Appears in text messages and call greetings

Contact Email:

  • Primary email for the business

  • Where notifications are sent

  • Customer inquiries may be forwarded here

Phone Number:

  • Main business phone number

  • Used for SMS messaging and calls

  • What customers see when you contact them

Website URL:

Physical Address:

  • Street address of your business

  • Used for service area calculations

  • May be shared with customers for on-site services

Business Logo/Image:

  • Upload your business logo

  • Appears in confirmations and communications

  • Helps with brand recognition

Setting Your Business Hours

Configure when your business is open:

For Each Day of the Week:

  • Check or uncheck if you're open

  • Set opening time (e.g., 8:00 AM)

  • Set closing time (e.g., 6:00 PM)

Multiple Shifts:If you have split shifts (like closing for lunch):

  • Add additional time blocks

  • Example: 8 AM - 12 PM, then 1 PM - 5 PM

Closed Days:

  • Leave days unchecked if you're closed

  • Common for Sundays or specific weekdays

Why Hours Matter

Your hours of operation affect:
