Accessing Business Dashboard

  1. Select a business from the business selector or manage businesses page

  2. Click Overview in the sidebar

  3. You'll see the dashboard for that specific business

Dashboard Overview

The business overview dashboard provides at-a-glance metrics and recent activity for a single business. This is your daily starting point for monitoring business performance.

Key Metrics

The dashboard displays important metrics at the top, typically including:

Conversion Percentage

  • Percentage of leads that convert to customers

  • Shows trend (up or down from previous period)

  • Industry benchmarks may be shown for comparison

Total Eligible Leads

  • Number of leads captured in the selected time period

  • Filtered to show qualified leads

  • Comparison to previous period

Phone Numbers Collected

  • How many customer phone numbers were captured

  • Essential for follow-up and future marketing

  • Indicates lead quality

Response Time

  • Average time to first response for leads

  • Critical metric for lead conversion

  • Faster response = higher conversion rates

Time Period Selection

Use the date range selector to view data for:

  • Today

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 30 days

  • This month

  • Last month

  • Custom date range
