Your organization dashboard provides a high-level view of performance across all your businesses.

Accessing Organization Overview

  1. Log in to Niche Platform

  2. You'll see the organization overview by default

  3. Or click Overview in the left sidebar

What You'll See

Dashboard Layout

The organization overview shows activity and performance across all businesses in your organization. This is especially useful if you manage multiple locations or multiple client businesses.

Key Features

Switching Between Businesses

If you manage multiple businesses:

  1. Look for the business selector (typically in the navigation)

  2. Click to view a dropdown of all your businesses

  3. Select a business to view its specific dashboard

  4. Or stay on organization view to see aggregate data

Navigation

From the organization overview, you can access:

  • Conversation Insights - Analytics across all conversations

  • Conversations - View all conversations from all businesses

  • Manage Businesses - Add, edit, or remove businesses

  • Settings - Organization-level settings

  • App Marketplace - Browse and install integrations

  • Changelog - See new features and updates

User Roles

Depending on your role in the organization, you'll see different features:

Organization Owner/Admin:

  • Full access to all businesses

  • Can add/remove businesses

  • Access to all settings and billing

Business Editor:

  • Can manage assigned businesses

  • Limited organization settings

  • Can view conversations and leads

Business Viewer:

  • Read-only access to business data

  • Can view reports and conversations

  • Cannot make changes

Next Steps

From here, you can:

  • View Conversation Insights to see analytics

  • Go to Manage Businesses to add a new business

  • Dive into a specific business by selecting it from the business selector

Tip: If you only have one business, you may be automatically redirected to that business's dashboard instead of seeing the organization overview.
